Management Referral T&Cs

To qualify for a referral reward, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Eligible Services
    Rewards apply only when you refer a new landlord who signs up for our short-let management service within 60 days of the referral

  2. Submission Process
    Referrals must be submitted using our official referral form or by email to hello@perfectbooking.co.uk with full contact details and consent from the referred individual.

  3. Consent Requirement
    By referring someone, you confirm they are aware of the referral and have consented to be contacted by Perfect Booking.

  4. New Customers Only
    The referred person must be a new customer who has not previously worked with Perfect Booking or had a property under our management within the past 12 months.

  5. One Reward Per Referral
    We do not issue rewards for referring yourself, properties within your household, or for existing clients switching services.

  6. Reward Trigger Conditions
    Your referral becomes eligible for a reward once:

  • The referred landlord signs a management agreement and their property goes live on short-let platforms through Perfect Booking

  1. Reward Payment Timeline
    Rewards are typically processed within 6–8 weeks of the referral meeting the qualifying criteria, although this may vary depending on circumstances.

  2. Staff Exclusion
    Perfect Booking staff, partners, or their immediate household members are not eligible to participate in the referral programme.
